My list is a bit different than yours. It’s mostly based on info I stumbled across which was put together by an immigration law firm in OH. I haven’t dug deep enough yet to assess which ones would be susceptible to consumer or investor pressure…. I wanted to get a list out there for others to look into on their own while I do the same.
I plan to update it as I find more info and think more about strategy. Hope it’s helpful. If you have any thoughts on it I’m all ears.
Hyatt is significantly owned and controlled by the Pritzker family (that of Illinois Governor JB Pritzker, and huge donors to museums, hospitals, universities around Chicago). They are no fans of the Trump administration - JB’s been one of his most outspoken critics. Without knowing in-depth details of any specific ICE-related incidents at their properties, I’d generally consider Hyatt a good alternative.
Just discovered that Zoom is using AWS Govcloud for their hosting, using DOD encryption protocols. What can we use instead that would provide better protection for activism webinar or video conferences?

to be fair, that is all The Nation's reporting in their article! but I agree, I like that they structured it in a way that you can have the most impact.

Booking.com is complicit in the occupation of Palestine. Highly recommend not booking any reservations through their site.

good to know! I'm still a little skeptical of them, ideally they would have a public policy stating they will not host ICE agents or DHS employees.
